ONLINE EDUCATION: There are no refunds for any online course once paid. 

BEAUTY PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
